Hi, I’m Sasha Fitzpatrick—owner and soul behind Fitz Kitchen. Raised in Brockton, MA, I’ve always loved the joy that food brings to people. I believe in big flavor, warm hospitality, and food that makes you feel like you’re back at the family table. Whether I’m prepping meals for the week or catering a full event, my goal is always the same: to serve good food that speaks to the soul.

About Fitz Kitchen

Fitz Kitchen is more than a business—it’s a love letter to my grandmother, Nana.

With deep roots in Opelika, Alabama, Nana raised me on the kind of cooking that brought everyone together—slow-simmered, butter-rich, and made from the heart. Our kitchen was the heart of our family, filled with laughter, soul, and love in every bite.

She passed away in 2018, but her legacy lives on in every tray I prepare. Starting Fitz Kitchen was my way of honoring what she taught me: that feeding people is one of the greatest ways to show love. Every dish I make is inspired by her spirit and the comfort of Southern cooking done right.
